Video Settings: 1) Your Format should be: H.264 2) Clicking on the ‘tool’ icon next to ‘Format: H.264’ the Advanced Encoder Settings should be: Main, 3.0, 1 second 3) Your Frame rate should be: 29.97 fps 4) Input size should be: 640x480 and the box next to Maintain Aspect Ratio should be checked 5) Bit Rate should be: 800 kbps with Output Size: 640 X 480 6) Box next to Deinterlace needs to be checked 7) Boxes next to Crop & Timecode should be unchecked Audio Settings: 1) Format should be: Mp3 2) Channels should be: Mono 3) Your Sample Rate should be: 44100 Hz 4) Bit Rate should be: 56 Kbps Panel Options Settings: 1) The box next to Auto Adjust should be checked 2) The radio button next to Drop Frames should be unchecked 3) Check the radio button next to Degrade Quality 4) The box next to Save to File should be unchecked Your settings must be updated or else the ipad & iPhone members will not be able to see your chat room. If your computer appears to be slow with the new settings, then please lower your Frame rate to 20 fps. This new channel will combine feeds from the Penthouse studios in California with interactive chats and will be broadcast on TV worldwide (there is no state/country blocking but we anticipate a controlled launch into France and Italy.
