- Another little hint on keeping your good paying customers or even the future customers is to answer your email daily. I used to check my email everyday when I got done working online and answered every one of them. It makes them feel a little more special than the next guy. If they tell you their name and where they live and when their birthday is, try to remember those things. Keep it on your computer or on a tablet of paper. When they come into see you, you can call them their real name if they would like you to and that makes them even more special. Making them feel like they are the only ones that matter is a plus. They are impressed by doing these little things.
- If you want to be on at certain times, put the times in your user profile and make sure that you are on at those times. If they change then change them and let your customers know this. They like consistency. They like to be able to come home from a hard day at work and be able to log on and see a smiling face, and forget about their day and be able to have someone to count on to make them happy.
